Welcome to Kiss, Connect... Chill, an online educational relationship course provided by Alexandra Tarr. 

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in the course. 

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance or via an agreed instalment plan before access to the course is granted.

If paying in instalments, all scheduled payments must be completed regardless of course attendance, participation, or completion. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the course.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds are offered unless required by law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By completing your purchase and accessing the course materials, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under these regulations.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where a product or service is faulty or not as described.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, worksheets, downloads, text, graphics, and other content remain Alexandra Tarr’s intellectual property.

You may use the materials for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your login details.

  • Copy or redistribute course content.

  • Resell any part of the course.

  • Upload course materials to public websites or file-sharing platforms.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Alexandra Tarr is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

Personal data collected during enrolment and course participation (such as your name, email address, and payment details) will be used solely for the purposes of administering your course access, processing payments, and communicating with you about the programme.

Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and course hosting platforms) strictly as necessary to deliver the course, and only where those providers offer equivalent data protection safeguards.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the course for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.

  • Disrupt the operation of the course platform.

We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

6. Scope of Course & Results

Kiss, Connect… Chill is an educational coaching programme and is not a therapeutic, counselling, or clinical service. Nothing within the course constitutes or replaces professional psychological, medical, or psychiatric advice. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes; individual results will vary depending on personal circumstances and level of engagement. Participants requiring mental health support are encouraged to consult a suitably qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexandra Tarr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in, or reliance upon, the course or its materials.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

This course is not an emergency service. If you require urgent support, please contact the appropriate emergency services, NHS services, your GP, or a recognised crisis support organisation such as Samaritans (116 123).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
