  • Understanding oneself is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship. I guide individuals and couples in gaining clarity about their values, communication styles, and relationship goals.

  • Effective communication is the key to connection. I help clients develop the skills to express their needs with confidence, listen with empathy, and navigate difficult conversations with grace.

  • Whether facing cultural differences, life transitions, or past relational wounds, I provide tools and strategies to overcome challenges with resilience and mutual understanding.

  • Relationships evolve, and so do the individuals within them. My approach fosters ongoing growth, encouraging clients to embrace change and intentionally nurture their partnerships.

Getting started looks like this…

  • We have a conversation. You tell me what's brought you here and what you want to change. I'll explain how I work and we'll both decide if it makes sense to move forward.

  • Before we begin, I'll send you an intake form and working agreement. This covers your background, how we work together, fees, cancellation, and confidentiality. Everything is clear before we start.

  • Sessions run weekly, at the same time each week. Individual sessions are 50 minutes, couples are 1 hour 15. We agree upfront whether we're working toward a set number of sessions or open-ended.
