We have a conversation. You tell me what's brought you here and what you want to change. I'll explain how I work and we'll both decide if it makes sense to move forward.

Before we begin, I'll send you an intake form and working agreement. This covers your background, how we work together, fees, cancellation, and confidentiality. Everything is clear before we start.

Sessions run weekly, at the same time each week. Individual sessions are 50 minutes, couples are 1 hour 15. We agree upfront whether we're working toward a set number of sessions or open-ended.
