One powerful, dedicated day. The space, the depth, and the transformation that most couples spend months working towards, held in a single, beautifully structured experience.

How the day unfolds
Before the day: Your introductory session
1 hour 15 minutes. We meet, we talk, and I learn everything I need to know about you as a couple. What you are hoping for, what you are navigating, and what you want this day to give you. I then build the day around you.
Morning: Where you are now
We begin with honesty and spaciousness. This is the time to explore where you are as a couple right now. What is working. What has been sitting unspoken. What you have each been wanting to say but haven't quite known how. You will feel heard in this room in a way that changes things.
Midday: Lunch
A natural pause. You will carry one thought into this time, something that quietly continues the work without you even realising it.
Early afternoon: The creative exercise
Playful, unexpected, and surprisingly revealing. This part of the day shifts the energy entirely and opens something up in you both before the real creation begins.
Afternoon: Create and curate
This is the heart of the day. Expansive, forward-looking and entirely yours. Together, we map out the relationship you are choosing. Your values, your foundations, how you want to move through life together. You will leave with something real and personal, a plan that belongs to the two of you. A living record of the relationship you have chosen to build.
One month later: Your follow up
1 hour 30 minutes, in person or online. We check in, celebrate how far you have come, and make sure everything you created together is taking root.
